To book a service, you can email us directly at mcreativeentertainment@gmail.com. You can also call or text us at 571-276-5644. Once you contact us, please give us a description of what you are looking for and envision for your event. We will work with you one on one. We will then set up a contract for you and email you an invoice for all the services you are booking. You will need to take care of the deposit before we can guarantee a booking with us. The deposit goes towards your final overall cost and is %50 percent of overall costs.
It is best if we can have at least one week at minimum to book a service for your event. It is even better if you can book with us weeks in advance to your date. We work with allot of different artists and entertainers and we need the time to make sure we have availability for your event and that we have all the materials needed to make your event a success. Please do not reach out the day before your event. We cannot guarantee we will have anyone available.
Each service is charged by the hour per artist and or entertainer. We strive to provide you with the best service and experience possible led by industry professionals. These professionals are experts in their area of expertise. This is why we charge per artist and or entertainer who delivers a service.
This does not include any design and Decor services. All Decor, Balloon Decor, Designs, and custom artwork is priced separately and calculated depending on its intricacy, time, and materials needed.
Yes, we contract out most of our services. We work with allot of different artists, entertainers, and entertainment companies. Most of the time you will get the owner of the company doing most of the services, though for large events where multiple artists are needed, we will contract those out through our trusted and professional network.
